You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use m77club. Only one account per person is permitted. m77club reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and void associated balances without prior notice.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your name. Chargebacks and payment reversals initiated without m77club's consent constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and debt recovery action.
Bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, and validity windows stated at point of offer. m77club reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where fraudulent or abusive bonus activity is detected.
Arbitrage betting, matched betting using m77club funds, use of automated betting software (bots), collusion, account sharing, and any form of fraud or money laundering are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your m77club login credentials. Any activity conducted under your account is deemed to be your own. Report suspected unauthorised access to m77club support immediately.

Last Updated: June 2026. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "You") and m77club ("m77club", "the Company", "We", "Us"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on the m77club platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must not use the m77club platform.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:
2.1 You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register an account and use any service offered by m77club. By completing the registration process, you warrant that you meet this age requirement. m77club takes age verification seriously and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
2.2 Only one Account per individual is permitted. Attempts to register multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
2.3 Registration is not available to individuals located in a Prohibited Territory. You are solely responsible for verifying whether access to the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. m77club accepts no liability for your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited.
2.4 During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian IC or passport number, residential address, and a valid email address and phone number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms.
2.5 m77club reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant, at its absolute discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
3.1 You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your m77club login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
3.2 Any activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been carried out by you personally, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you. m77club accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to adequately protect your credentials.
3.3 If you suspect that your Account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation, you must notify m77club support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. m77club will suspend your Account pending investigation upon receiving such notification.
3.4 m77club strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from your Account Settings. 2FA adds a second verification layer to the m77club login process, significantly reducing the risk of unauthorised access.
3.5 Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Your m77club Account is for your personal use only and may not be operated by or on behalf of any other person.
4.1 All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. m77club does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Accepted payment methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other participating Malaysian banks), Visa/Mastercard, and approved cryptocurrency channels.
4.2 Minimum deposit amounts are displayed within the Wallet section of the Platform at the time of deposit. m77club reserves the right to amend minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time.
4.3 Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. m77club reserves the right to require identity verification documents prior to processing any withdrawal. Verified accounts are subject to the standard withdrawal processing timelines published within the Platform's FAQ.
4.4 Chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes raised through a third-party payment provider without prior written consent from m77club constitute a material breach of these Terms. m77club reserves the right to immediately suspend the relevant Account, reverse any pending withdrawals, and pursue recovery of the chargeback amount, including any associated costs, through legal means.
4.5 m77club complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and is required to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities. Large or unusual transactions may be subject to enhanced due diligence prior to processing.
5.1 From time to time, m77club may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback credits, and other promotional incentives to Members. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the point of offer, which shall be incorporated into and form part of these Terms.
5.2 Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game categories, minimum odds conditions, and validity period will be specified in the relevant promotion terms.
5.3 m77club reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such withdrawal does not affect bonuses already accepted and actively being wagered by Members in good faith.
5.4 Bonus abuse — defined as the use of multiple accounts, collusion, exploitation of software errors, or any systematic strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine wagering risk — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account termination.
5.5 m77club employees, affiliates, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in any promotional offer.
6.1 All bets placed on the m77club sportsbook, live casino, slots, and esports sections are final once confirmed. m77club will not cancel or reverse bets following confirmation except where expressly permitted under the applicable sport or game rules, or where a manifest error has occurred.
6.2 In the event of a "manifest error" — defined as an obvious and unintentional mistake in the publication of odds, lines, game results, or payout figures — m77club reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes, or correct the error and recalculate affected payouts, at its sole discretion.
6.3 m77club reserves the right to impose individual bet limits, account wagering limits, or payout caps on any Member at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. This may be applied as part of risk management procedures and does not constitute a breach of these Terms.
6.4 Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or significantly altered in format before completion, m77club will apply the settlement rules applicable to the relevant sport as published in the sportsbook rules section of the Platform.
6.5 All live casino games are subject to the rules of the specific game variant being played, as communicated by the dealer and displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, the bet settlement outcome will be determined by the recorded game result at the time of disconnection.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the m77club Platform. Breach of any of these provisions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of wallet balance, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:
8.1 All content on the m77club Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio-visual materials, and database compilations — is the intellectual property of m77club or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of m77club.
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, m77club and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including losses arising from betting outcomes, technical failures, or service interruptions.
9.2 m77club's total liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount of funds held in the Member's Wallet at the time the claim arises.
9.3 m77club does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
10.1 m77club is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The Platform operates under international gaming authority oversight and implements the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible to Members from their Account Settings after m77club login:
10.2 m77club strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 years. Any Member found to be under this age will have their Account immediately terminated and all deposits returned less any bonus amounts credited.
10.3 If you believe your gambling behaviour is becoming harmful, m77club encourages you to use the self-exclusion tools available in your Account Settings, or to contact the m77club support team who can assist with applying responsible gaming restrictions to your account.
11.1 m77club reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and at its sole discretion, including where m77club reasonably believes that a Member has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, financial, or reputational risk to m77club.
11.2 Upon termination for breach, m77club may withhold any balance in the Member's Wallet pending investigation. Where fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity is confirmed, m77club reserves the right to forfeit the relevant balance and report the matter to appropriate authorities.
11.3 Members may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting m77club support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining wallet balance will be returned to the Member's verified withdrawal method provided no outstanding bonus wagering requirements are in effect.
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of m77club's licensing authority. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and local laws applicable to a Member's country of residence, m77club's licensing jurisdiction shall prevail to the extent permitted by law.
12.2 In the event of a dispute relating to bet settlement, account management, or any other aspect of the m77club Platform, Members should first contact the m77club support team. m77club commits to acknowledging all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours and providing a final determination within 14 business days.
12.3 Where a Member remains dissatisfied with m77club's determination, they may escalate the matter to the relevant independent dispute resolution body as specified under m77club's operating licence. Details of the applicable escalation mechanism are available upon request from m77club support.
13.1 m77club reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, m77club will notify registered Members via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect.
13.2 Your continued use of the m77club Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account prior to the effective date.
